You have to drill the shift side out with an 8mm bit to get them to go through. In the mail tomorrow. Whats funny is I went through my address list and I have way too many from the forum.

Hey Scott... do you still have those projector lenses for the headlights?

I think I damaged mine in a tipover @ Deals Gap... Looks like the glass dome hit the housing and chipped a little of it off...

Let me know what you need, I have several lenses.

Ouch, the gap claims another one.

Is that the one on the right side as you look at the front of the bike? If that was chipped off it was a really clean break.

That's the only thing I can come up with Chip...

there's no way that heat from an HID bulb can generate enough heat to chip off a piece from a glass dome like that (at least that's my theory).

Let me know what you need, I have several lenses.

I never lowsided... it happened about 25 miles from the gap at the entrance to our cabin. I passed the entrance road and the road had a pretty severe incline... Instead of waiting for it to level out I opted to just turn around there, which would not usually be an issue but I had my tankbag on which cuts my clearance when it comes to making tight turns. So I couldn't make the complete turn, big deal right? just put your foot down, back up and continue...? Well I went to put my left foot down, and the ground just was not there because of the incline... when I finally found asphalt the bike was already leaned too far over and I let her down as gently as possible. I almost shoved my body under it, but considering that I just F*ed up my ankle a few months back, I didn't want to risk injuring another leg :P

First inspection revealed no damage, other than a few little scratches on the frame sliders... but later on Chip pointed out that my projector bulb has a chip in it :P

Long story short, I want one of the bulbs please :)

I didn't take as many "on the road" pictures this year, but I did make up for it in barber and deals gap pictures...

How much are you looking to spend and how soon? Best Buy will have a crazy deal on what is basically an upgraded version of this HP desktop (http://www.bestbuy.com/site/HP+-+Pavilion+Desktop+with+AMD+Athlon%26%23153%3B+II+X 4+Quad-Core+Processor/9549401.p?PID=1234320&id=1218122580360&ci_sku=9549401&ref=39&ci_src=11138&loc=01&URL=http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=9549401&type=product&id=1218122580360&ci_src=11138&ci_sku=9549401&AID=10474050&skuId=9549401) for $499, and it even includes a 20" monitor and printer!

It will come with an AMD X4 Quad-Core processor, 8GB Memory (a crapload), a big 1TB Hard Drive, the 20" widescreen monitor, HP Deskjet DJ530 Color Printer, and Windows 7 Home Premium = $499. It normally would cost about ~$820 with those upgrades. That would be plenty fast and could last you quite awhile with those specs.

No kidding, "lowered expectations", LOL! It's a single-core CPU that's about as fast as a Pentium 4 @2.93GHz. Not to mention Windows XP, only 1GB RAM (even less available with the crappy/ancient/shared memory NVIDIA GeForce 6150 SE), no PCI-Express slots or available bays, only a 160GB HD, etcetera. Don't get me started on Tiger Direct! LOL!

Hay Scott... did the gloves ever sell?

Holy crap! Ihad to go back and see what gloves I was selling back then. Yep, I still have them. Only one problem, they are in Tenn with my trailer. I'm going to try and get away next week and bring the bike and trailer back home if my customers will cut me a little slack. I'm sure I will not get any riding in on this trip as I have now waited till its too cold for my old blood to handle.

No rush at all Scott... I can't afford it for another month or two anyway. Can I call dibs though... need a new glove once it gets cold in Houston :D

Woot
I'm outta here first thing in the morning to fetch the Tona back home. Hope it don't snow on my Florida ass.:rofl3:

Ride? I'm throwing it in the trailer. If its not too cold and the phone does not ring too much with customers bitching, I may stop in North Georgia and ride a bit.:yeehaw:
