View Full Version : Got a new Toy...!!
I went to the High Caliber gun show yesterday and picked up another little trinket for "home defense".
In reality... I just want to take it to the range so I can tear huge holes through silhouettes...
Behold... my Remington 870...

Me likey. You going to strap that to your back when you travel this way?
I wish... that would be awesome. But unfortunately it would make my trip last at least twice at long, what with being pulled over every 20 miles...

Just paint the tip with bright construction orange, and they'll think it's a BB or Airsoft gun...

Good idea. By the way its legal to transport firearms accross the states as long as its the legal way to transport it in your home state. Meaning, around AZ, we can carry the damn thing on our dash boards and drive throughout the whole country with it sticking up there.....at least legally you can. I'm sure you would get pulled over, but they cant do anything to you.

In TX i can carry it on my back... as long as it is loaded. If it is unloaded then the shotgun is classified as a "club" which would be illegal to carry.
Funny how it works huh...?
But fact is if a cop sees you riding around with a shotgun, or an AR-15 strapped on your back most likely you will get pulled over. Whether or not it is legal to do so.
