I'm assuming Budo actually knows, but that you don't. Back in the 2008 US Presidential election/campaign days, she (Sarah Palin, Alaskan Governor, Vice Presidential Republican Candidate) said, "They're our next door neighbors, and you can actually see Russia from land here in Alaska" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JXL86v8NoGk&fmt=18) during an ABC News Interview. Which, of course, the liberal media (including Tina Fey on SNL) twisted into, "I can see Russia from my house!"

So in the posted clip, she was trying to defend what she said. She wasn't known as the most eloquent speaker, LOL! Which honestly didn't help the Republican cause, considering how "great" of a speaker Bush was, and a lot of people wanted to get as far away from him as possible. :laugh:

It also didn't help due to the fact Obama was/is a spinmaster and very good "pre-done speech reader-backer" (if you haven't seen the clip where his teleprompter went down (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eDJSVPAx8xc&fmt=18) last year, I recommend watching it). People swooned at his ability to spew forth massive BS and propoganda and make it sound good. What'cha gonna do? :noclue:

I honestly did NOT like either party's candidates one bit... It really did feel like I was trying to pick between a giant douche and a turd sandwich (http://www.southparkstudios.com/clips/154582/?tag=Giant+Douche)... I myself wanted Duncan Hunter or Mike Huckabee to be President. Hell, even frickin' Ron Paul would have been much better... :jpshakehead:
