Yeah that picture is crazy.
Also the thought of violence for going to vote!?!? I'm glad WE don't have to deal with this as we cast our votes and voice the freedom of speech.

More power to those brave people! They know they could possibly get murdered for voting, but they do it anyways. I heard on the news some people were getting their fingers cut off by Taliban members, because they had the ink on them from when they registered to vote. I don't care WHAT people say, but what we (and the Coalition) did and are doing in those countries is mostly GOOD. There was violence BEFORE we went in, and there is violence WHILE we are there, and there will be violence AFTER we leave -- but at least the people are much more free now. :thumbsup:

From what I heard the villages outside of the city have practically 0 turnout, and there is a lot of voter fraud going on. I agree that it's a step in the right direction but there is so little gain for so much sacrifice.
