As well as socks for Christmas - I got vouchers towards Haslams Race School at Donnington - awesome. BUT...they are late posting dates and I've just heard a rumour that the track improvements/works at Donnington might mean it has to be run at Silverstone. Anyone heard?

Well Ollie, I haven't hear anything about the tracks.... but I will tell you that I am very jealous, green with envy even, over your vouchers for race school.

Can I tag along when you go?

Oh Ollie.... you're very kind.

Honestly, I only "look" like I can ride in the photos. I could stand some tuition.
Thank you, though!

She has been practicing the vroom noises, it is seemingly difficult to mimic a 3cyl motor.

Go ahead, kill me Kat..............slowly. :boink:

I read a report on crash.net a few weeks ago. They were talking to Mrs Haslam, Ron's wife who is responsible for making the logistical decisions. She said that if they have to switch then they would do so, that they have a business to run and they won't hang around forever for Donnington to figure their shit out.

Cheers Chip, didn't see that. Fastbikes mag have just echoed the rumours too, so seems Silverstone is increasing likely.

Looks like I picked the wrong year for the course - not bothered that it's at Silverstone, would be awesome to ride there, been to watch F1 there many times. Just expected to be able to plan it better/earlier.

Pffffft.... you'll be lucky if you hear me making any noises..... :al:

Although,
Chip does have a point. My 3cyl motor is weak... But I do a pretty damn good I4 and my V-Twin is nothing short of sexay....

In a new twist on thread-jacking, I'll try and thread-jack my recently jacked thread

What about Obama losing that seat?
