Toyota is all over the news here too..but what evidence were police looking for that might suggest the crash was intentional?

A written note saying, "I intend to crash this car right through your plate glass window"???? They must be fairly rare - I'd have thought.

I'm pretty sure he was pissed that they couldn't fix his car right away, probably telling him it would take a couple days to get the part in and then to do the service, as they were backed up -- thus offering him a loaner, which he declined. He probably proceeded to bitch and moan like most customers do when they don't get their instant gratification in this society. When they basically said that they couldn't snap their fingers and have the part available, as well as push him to the front of the line like he demanded, he did what any "smart" southern hick who owns a truck would do -- "He shore showed them whut is whut!" :laugh:
