TuneBoy Group Buy #10 - ***CLOSED***

***Group Buy will run until April 12, 2010***

Well, back by popular demand, we are holding another TuneBoy Group Buy for the members of Triumph675.net, TriumphRAT.net, SportBikeOasis.com, TheSpeedTriple.com, Tiger150.com, SoCal675.com, R3owners.com, t5net-forum.de, and any other forums you guys would like to include/post on. This Group Buy is a word of mouth type deal, and is open to anyone that the TuneBoy is compatible with. For a FULL list of compatible bikes, please see the Group Buy link. As always, in order for the Group Buy price to be honored, we will need a minimum of 20 orders. :grouphug:

Just like last time, our "lowest price ever offered" for a TuneBoy USB starter kit has been carried over.

From TuneBoy's site:

The TuneBoy USB starter kit provides everything you need to diagnose problems with your Triumph and includes one TuneEdit key to allow you to create custom maps to make your bike run better than ever. This kit works with the Sagem ECU on the older Triumphs and the Keihin ECU on the latest Triumphs.
For more info: http://www.tuneboy.com.au/

"Group Buy" Information and Instructions...

WHAT: One (1) TuneBoy Starter Kit consisting of the following:

- TuneBoy USB cable to connect between PC and the diagnostic connector on your bike
- CD with latest TuneBoy Diagnostic, TuneEditor software, tunes and documentation*
- 1 x TuneEdit key to create/load custom maps for ONE bike (this is a software key)
- 3 x TuneBoy Stickers
- Zippered carrying case

*Software upgrades and maps can be downloaded from TuneBoy's webpage at anytime, at no charge.

SHIPPING: The special Group Buy price includes free shipping via AIR MAIL (7-14 working days to most parts / No Tracking #). Registered post available for an additional $10 (includes tracking #, slightly shorter shipping time than air mail).

*EMS (International courier shipping / Includes Online Tracking) available for an additional AU$30* (2-4 working days to most parts). Please email Emma at sales@tuneboy.com.au for details.

Australian orders will be sent via Express Post.

COST: The price for this group buy will be AU$399, direct from TuneBoy (unique link to follow). Retail price is AU$499 plus shipping.

To Order, Click the following Link (see *NOTE* below 1st for complete instructions): http://www.tuneboy.com.au/BuyNow/GroupBuy.html

*NOTE*
Because shipping is included free of charge, PayPal does not forward your shipping information to TuneBoy. Please forward your PayPal transaction receipt to sales@tuneboy.com.au, along with your Full Name and Shipping Address in the body of the email. Please put “Triumph675.net Group Buy” in the subject line. You will receive an email from TuneBoy to confirm they have received your order and relevant shipping information. You will also receive a confirmation email when your Kit has been shipped.

”Other” Ordering Options:
If you would like to pay via International money transfer or COD within Australia, please email Emma at TuneBoy at sales@tuneboy.com.au with your request, and put “Triumph675.net Group Buy #10” in the subject line.

Once the Group Buy has ended (April 12th), TuneBoy will begin shipping the units directly to each individual buyer, in the order that they are received.

PLEASE keep in mind that a minimum of 20 orders must be placed in order for this Group Buy to be carried out. This is because for a “Group Buy” to occur, a bulk purchase must be made and thus all 20 orders must be placed prior to the price being honored. This is also the reason why we must limit the group buy to a 2 week time span, so it doesn't drag on forever, and the people who pay can get their TuneBoy kits in a timely manner (dependent upon 20 orders).

*NOTE - Re: Additional Keys*
No discount will be offered on additional keys, but you can purchase additional keys on the Group Buy web page for AU$199 if you require them.

Once you receive your TuneBoy Starter Kit, there will be directions as to how to retrieve your ECU serial number. Once you find out your ECU serial number, you will need to email it to sales@tuneboy.com.au with other requested information (detailed instructions are sent with the Starter Kit). They will reply with your Key code number which unlocks your ECU and allows you full access and use.

PLEASE NOTE:
TuneBoy is in no way responsible for the consequential costs associated with accepting deliveries such as import duties. We declare the value of the goods being delivered on any customs documentation. The value of a TuneEdit license will not be declared as it is sent via email and not enclosed with your purchase.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

FYI, the Group Buy link is still active...

My guess is that Wayne and Emma haven't yet woken up, and didn't get around to turning the link off yesterday.

If you're contemplating getting in on this Group Buy, now's the time to do it...because it will be closed ANY MINUTE NOW. Just a heads up.

Wow, seems they FINALLY updated their website to be circa ~2000 instead of c.1996, too!

On the downside -- I don't see their Jardine tune up there anymore. What's up with that??? :1confused1:

***UPDATE***

I sincerely apologize for the delay everyone, but I have finally heard from Emma & Wayne...and I can't argue with their reason for being absent over the last several days.

Here's the culprit...

YUP!!! They had a baby. The baby was planned, but did come slightly earlier than expected... :clapclap:

I'm fairly certain they are now home and things are progressing nicely. You should be receiving an email shortly with the status of your orders, and you should be receiving them shortly. Once again, I apologize for the delay...thanks for your understanding.
